Good stories, like their heroines and heroes, have many dimensions. That’s why we created a handful of new ways to experience the content you find every day on our website. Earlier this month, we launched GE Reports Radio on SoundCloud. The podcast features audio versions of our most popular stories. You can subscribe and listen to us in your car or on your walk to work. Converting our content into voice — and also video — formats was the logical next step in serving an audience with diverse preferences.
There’s more. As we travel around the U.S. and abroad, we try to capture as much interesting, behind-the-scenes content on our Periscope channel as we can and GE’s Snapchat and Facebook page. Our Periscope archive is now brimming with interviews with scientists, engineers, top GE executives and customers talking to us in places as different as a 3D printing lab in Ohio, a power plant utilizing jet engine technology on an island in Indonesia and behind the stage at the Florence Opera in Italy.
